We have no access to your credit card information and it is stored only at the online credit card authorization facility which is highly secure.

There is no way for us to access your credit card information and we do not have local copies of any credit card information either. This ensures your privacy even if our servers would be compromised. That is the reason why we have to ask you for credit card information in case you order over the phone or via e-mail (even if you ordered before).

  1. Your shipping charges will be calculated on line when you place an order. The charges are based on the destination address and the weight of your order.

  2. Within the US we ship via UPS, and you will be able to chose between many different shipping options. UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3-Day Select Orders will be shipped the next business when at all possible.

  3. For international orders we offer shipping via the United States Postal Service as well.

DAMAGES:

  1. Please report any damaged merchandise within three days of receipt to our office by either calling toll free 1-888-DISCSOX (347-2769) or e-mailing us.

  2. Be sure to save the original shipping container(s) until you have received authorization from our office to dispose of them.

RETURNS:

  1. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your DiscSox, you have 30 days from receipt of merchandise to return your purchase and receive a complete refund less shipping charges.

  2. Your credit card will be credited once we have received the return merchandise. For your protection, merchandise should be returned insured for the total amount of the purchase.

  3. A refund check will be sent by MMDESIGN if your order was purchased by check or money order.
